All website material, including source code, images, hypertext markup language, text and style, is copyrighted and the property of San Diego DJ and may not be duplicated, reproduced or distributed without written consent, except for images and/or text used to identify specific companys who own the respective trademarks. All deposits are non refundable and due to the nature of the service, no refunds are provided except as noted in the booking terms of use policy. All disc jockeys are professionally trained and are assigned on an as available basis. San Diego DJ agrees to provide DJ services, not a specific DJ unless otherwise noted on the actual contract for services. San Diego DJ provides a wide variety of music and lists an online music directory for reference only. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular song unless noted on the contract for services. User agrees any dispute arising from use of San Diego DJ services will be arbitrated in the County of San Diego, California.
